MEET DANIKA
​Hi, I’m Danika – founder of Avere Etiquette and Deportment Academy, a modern manners and personal development business offering workshops and experiences designed to help people carry themselves with confidence, authenticity, and grace. I’m also in the process of writing my very first ebook – a long-held dream that’s finally becoming a reality.
​
Over the years, I’ve built a rich and diverse career. I began in the aviation industry as an international business class flight attendant, where I learned the art of exceptional service, presence, and genuine connection – all while travelling the world and meeting people from all walks of life.
​
Today, I’m proudly continuing in aviation as a domestic flight attendant – living out my dream career while building my dream business and inspiring many along the way.​​
​My background also includes years of experience in the world of modelling and pageantry – industries that taught me the importance of confidence, self-presentation, and grace under pressure. That journey played a huge part in inspiring me to create Avere Academy – a space where I now teach others how to feel comfortable and proud in how they carry and express themselves.
Creatively, I’ve worn many hats – from PR and marketing to copywriting and self-taught web design. I’m also a passionate social media marketing enthusiast who has grown my own following organically. I love sharing my journey and connecting online with like-minded individuals who are passionate about personal growth and authentic living.

I’m a reliable, multi-faceted individual who thrives on variety and meaningful work. Whether I’m leading a workshop, mentoring, or working one-on-one, I pride myself on drawing from real-life experience and creating safe, empowering spaces for people to grow.
I’m also an experienced MC and event host – hand me a microphone and I’ll deliver with confidence, clarity, warmth, and just the right touch of fun. I’ve had the honour of hosting various events and functions, and I truly love bringing people together and creating moments that leave a lasting impact.

In addition, I’m a Justice of the Peace (Qualified) and an aspiring wedding celebrant – a natural next step that beautifully aligns with my passion for people, presentation, and celebrating life’s special milestones.

Everything I do is connected by a common thread: people, presence, and purpose. I genuinely love what I do, and that energy flows into every role I take on – whether it’s in the sky, on stage, or in the classroom.
